    Dies ist ein erstklassiger roter Burgunder, der von dem einzigartigen holzigen und würzigen Stil der Domaine Pierre Guillemot geprägt ist. Er beginnt mit einem Bouquet von warmer Erde, Zigarrenkiste, Muskatnuss, Gewürznelke und einem Hauch von roten Heckenbeeren. Im Moment ist er noch jugendlich, mit einem Hauch von grünen Kräutern, aber er wird mit einiger Zeit im Keller mehr Komplexität und Charakter entwickeln.

    Die 1946 gegründete Domaine Pierre Guillemot ist ein kleines Weingut mit 8 Hektar Weinbergen in der Region Burgund. Es befindet sich auf dem charmanten Stadtplatz von Saivgny-les-Beaune, wo die beiden Brüder Vincent und Pierre ihre beeindruckenden Rotweine herstellen. Sie repräsentieren die sechste Generation der Guillemot-Winzer - die Linie geht bis zu Philippe zurück, der ein Negociant war.

    Im Mund ist dieser abgerundete Bourgogne Pinot Noir voll von Aromen von Himbeeren, Preiselbeeren, Pilzen, warmen Gewürzen und leichten Anklängen von Mineralität. Er hat einen leichten Körper und einen knackigen, jugendlichen Charakter - achten Sie auf feinkörnige, eichige Tannine und einen hohen Säuregehalt. Ein Premium-Wein zu einem nicht ganz so hohen Preis aus einem unterschätzten Teil des Burgunds. Kombinieren Sie ihn mit weichem, scharfem Käse, einem Pilz-Burger oder gebratenem Truthahn.
