    Das edle Chateau Suduiraut ist einer der Spitzenerzeuger von Sauternes, einem köstlich süßen Dessertwein, bei dem der Edelfäulepilz dazu beiträgt, die Aromen und den Zuckergehalt der Trauben zu intensivieren. In der Nähe des legendären Chateau d'Yqyem gelegen, stammt das ursprüngliche Schlossgebäude aus dem Jahr 1580 und ist von rund 90 Hektar Weinbergen umgeben, die ein Durchschnittsalter von 30 Jahren aufweisen.

    Suduiraut verfolgt einen traditionellen Ansatz bei der Weinherstellung, indem es seine Weine je nach den besonderen Merkmalen des Jahrgangs 18 bis 24 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern ausbaut und reifen lässt. Dies verleiht dem fertigen Wein zusätzliche Komplexität und Finesse, wobei sich am Gaumen feine Noten von exotischen Gewürzen, gerösteten Nüssen und Holzrauch mit saftigen tropischen Früchten, Honig und blumigen Noten aus der Frucht vermischen.

    Die reiche Süße dieses klassischen Sauternes macht ihn zu einer großartigen Alternative für ein Dessert oder zu einer Vielzahl von Speisen wie Blauschimmelkäse, Gänseleber, frischen Meeresfrüchten und sogar würzigen asiatischen Gerichten. Für diejenigen, die etwas mehr Geduld haben, wird dieser Wein aufgrund seines robusten Geschmacksprofils in den nächsten zehn oder mehr Jahren im Keller wunderbar reifen.
