    Geschichte

    Erstmals 1540 in offiziellen Dokumenten der Region erwähnt, hat die Familie Sabon ein edles und historisches Erbe in Chateauneuf-du-Pape. Seraphin Sabon war der erste, der 1921 Weine unter dem Familiennamen abfüllte, und er zeugte drei Söhne, die später jeweils ihr eigenes Weingut gründeten. Einer von ihnen war Roger Sabon, dessen Gut heute von zahlreichen Familienmitgliedern geführt wird, darunter seine beiden Söhne, sein Schwiegersohn und seine Nichte.
