Geschichte

In der norditalienischen Region Franciacorta wird seit dem Ende des 12. Jahrhunderts Wein hergestellt, und Schaumweine wurden erstmals im 15. Castello Bonomi ist ein angesehener Hersteller von modernen Franciacorta-Schaumweinen, die nach der traditionellen Methode hergestellt werden, dem gleichen Verfahren, das auch bei der Herstellung von Champagner verwendet wird. Das Weingut hat seinen Namen von dem atemberaubenden Jugendstil-Schloss aus dem späten 19. Jahrhundert, das auf dem Grundstück erbaut wurde.
