    Die Farbe ist ein helles Rubinrot, was zu einem schönen Duft nach reifen Kirschen, Brombeeren, Marmelade mit blumigen Noten überleitet. Am Gaumen verspürt man lebendige Geschmacksimpressionen von Früchtenmarmelade, Kirschen und schwarzen Johannisbeeren, dazu ein Hauch von Vanille. Hoher Alkoholgehalt, pikante Säure und seidige Tannine geben dem Wein seine angenehme Struktur. Der Abgang ist lang und endet mit einer würzigen Nuance.

    Ideal zu Wildgerichtne, Roastbeef, Würstchen und Käse.

    Die Gärung in Eichenfässern dauert 10-14 Tage. Danach wird der Wein in französischen Eichenbarriques für 14 Monate gereift, gefolgt von einer 8 Monate langen Lagerung in der Flasche. Der daraus hervorgehende Wein wird als ein Premier Cru anerkannt.

    Die höchste Aufmerksamkeit in Detail entspricht vollständig der Tradition von Podere Fort, in erster Linie geht um besonders behutsame Behandlung der Natur. Das Weingut steht für den biologischen und biodynamischen Anbau und überzeugt mit seinem gut entwickelten Terroir. Das Ergebnis sind die erlesenen Weine mit besonderem Charakter.
